Coller Capital – Global Events 2016

OBJECTIVE

In 2016 Coller Capital hosted Investor Meetings in New York, London and Tokyo. The meetings enable the Coller team to report to their investors. The meetings all had to have a consistency of look and style, wherever the location. Production had to be seamless, allowing Coller to engage with the delegates as clearly and accurately as possible.

As well as producing the events Coller asked us to produce investment case study videos which were then played at the meetings.

SOLUTION

For the 12^th year in a row producing Coller Capital’s events, we worked with our network of national and international contractors to deliver meetings in New York, London and  Tokyo.

In New York the set encompassed a widescreen projected background with LED features incorporated into the set. London kept the theme of the LED features, however, for the first time we introduced high resolution LED screens instead of standard projection. The main challenge in Tokyo was a 7.2 magnitude earthquake which struck first thing in the morning! Luckily no damage was done and everyone made it safely to the meeting.

VERDICT

This year’s three shows produced for Coller Capital raised the bar in terms of display technology, brand presence, and overall look and feel of each event and we are preparing for our next New York show as we write.
