Established in 1990, LRI is a live event and video production company with extensive experience in delivering creative, technically complex, and state-of-the-art productions.

We work with diverse organisations who are looking for expert production services, who don’t necessarily have the time or resources to do this internally and who want to have the assurance of the successful delivery of their project.

Our approach is to build a strong relationship and work as part of your team, developing a best-in-class creative production strategy and a shared vision for your project.

Embarking on every project, regardless of scale, entails an initial technical site visit to your selected venue. During this crucial pre-production phase, we will collaborate with you to generate creative ideas that will form the setting for the event, whilst ensuring alignment with your key messaging and objectives. We can then produce a variety of 3D visualisations, providing a vivid representation that brings the conceptualised ideas to life.

We work with our technical suppliers to secure the necessary equipment for your event, all conforming to the latest industry standards.

We also ensure compliance with technical and venue health and safety requirements. Additionally, we facilitate the creation of customised risk assessments and method statements for every event.

Our role onsite starts with overseeing the secure arrival of all equipment and crew. Following the completion of the build, a thorough technical check is conducted on all production elements.

For more complex events, one of our experienced stage managers will work with the presentation team to choreograph the stage directions and to lead the rehearsals.

The event director (showcaller) operates from a meticulously prepared run-of-show document containing cues for each technical department, enabling the direction of a seamless event.

On-screen content is a key element of engaging your audience. Should it be required, our design team is ready to collaborate with you, by crafting and designing captivating on-screen content.

Branding is an area that is sometimes overlooked but holds immense potential to evoke a sense of arrival and uniqueness for your attendees. Our expertise extends to designing and implementing a variety of branding elements, including window vinyls, freestanding panels, branding walls, step-and-repeat boards, through to more complex LED installations.

Our dedicated video department can offer expertise in producing various video elements. Whether you require an impactful opening video, compelling case study videos, promotional product or services videos, our team is committed to keeping your audience fully engaged.
